U-Shape Polishing & Buffing Pads 150 x 180 mm – Velcro, Open Cell Foam

Open cell foam for controlled correction. Made of selected foams for the polishing industry. The open cell foam structure (O.C.F. Technology) increases friction and stabilises temperature at the same time.

Safe work in hard-to-reach places. The relevant thickness and U-shaped side profile provide safe work in hard-to-reach places. Available in four hardness grades, from heavy cut to medium soft, so you can build a complete correction system from one pad range. Choose Your Hardness

• WHITE – heavy cut
• ORANGE – cut
• GREEN – medium cut
• GREY – medium soft

How to Use

1. Attach the pad centrally to a Velcro backing plate.
2. Pick the grade – start with the hardest pad your paint defects need, then step down.
3. Polish with your compound or polish, using the U-shaped edge to work close to trims and into recesses.

Pro tip: always finish with a softer grade than the one you corrected with for the best gloss.
