NAT Set of 5 Waffle Polishing Pads 83×25mm

Five grades, one waffle design. A set of five waffle-face polishing pads, from very hard cutting to soft finishing. The foam structure helps to permanently remove deep scratches while preparing surfaces for the subsequent stages of paint correction, and enhances the cutting effect of polishing compounds.

Less spin, fewer holograms. The specific waffle shape minimises signs of spin and holograms. To use the features of these pads effectively, we recommend working with less downforce to prevent flattening of the work surface. The 83mm size suits smaller panels and detail areas – use them with Mini Backing Plates. Singles are also available, e.g. the White, Orange, Yellow and Black waffle pads.

How to Use

1. Attach the pad centrally to a matching backing plate.
2. Start with the hardest pad your defects need and a cutting compound.
3. Step down through the softer pads with light pressure and finish with the Black pad.

Pro tip: light pressure lets the waffle structure do the work and keeps the pad shape intact.
