Manufactured from Open Cell Foam (O.C.F. Technology), these pads are engineered to deliver enhanced cutting power while maintaining optimal temperature control, ensuring safe and efficient polishing.

Cooler running, safer edges. The open-cell structure allows continuous airflow during use, helping to reduce heat build-up and prevent paint damage – especially during extended or high-speed polishing. With a 30 mm thickness and specially shaped side profile, these pads provide excellent control and added safety, making them ideal for edges, curves and hard-to-reach areas. Equipped with a strong Velcro backing for secure attachment and stability during operation. The Green pad is the medium cutting step of the range – use it after the White Cutting pad and follow with the Yellow Medium Polishing and Black Soft Finishing pads. Also available as a Set of 5.

How to Use

1. Attach the pad centrally to your Velcro backing plate.
2. Apply a few drops of compound or polish to the pad.
3. Polish one section at a time, then refine with a softer pad from the range.

Pro tip: the shaped side profile lets you work close to edges and curves safely – keep the pad flat and let the foam do the work.
