ORBIT NZ POLISHERS Model 75mm backing plate is a small Dual Action polisher with a 10mm orbit.

It was equipped with an engine made of elements enabling continuous operation, a well-chosen angular gear and all the elements of the Japanese NSK bearing.

The engine is electronically controlled with a soft start and speed stabilization, which allows for effective and fatigue-free long-term operation.

Machine for working with very high speeds of 1500 - 5500 OPM, adapted to work with 75 discs.

The lower speed range from 1500 OPM combined with a soft start gives very good control at the initial spreading of the paste.

On the other hand, the 10 mm orbit combined with higher revs with an engine power of 780 W with speed stabilization, allows for effective and efficient removal of damaged paint layers.

Thanks to such characteristics, a compact casing and a soft, 4-meter long power cord, the machine is very versatile and easy to use.
