NAT Set of 4 Polishing Pads 33×10mm – Cut to Finish

Four grades for the tightest spots. A set of four mini Velcro polishing pads covering every step, from cutting compounds to anti-hologram finishing. The foam structure maintains the compound on the surface of the pad, which provides accurate breakdown of the abrasive particles and full use of the compound.

Built to last. The foam has optimally selected shapes, a homogeneous high-strength structure, a specially shaped surface and the proper hardness. Polyamide velour ensures a strong connection, and the adhesive is individually matched to the bonded materials. The pads are resistant to temperature, aqueous environments and organic solvents, withstanding prolonged exposure to temperatures up to 110°C. The 33mm size reaches door handles, badges, mirror bases and tight recesses – use them with Mini Backing Plates. Singles are also available, e.g. the Yellow, Red and Black pads. What's in the Set

• Blue – hard: first and second step polishing compounds, from cutting to polishing type
• Yellow – middle: second step polishing compounds and one-step compounds
• Red – middle soft: second step polishing compounds and one-step compounds
• Black – soft: last step compounds – the foam quickly gives off heat; for anti-hologram paste and machine-applied polishes

How to Use

1. Attach the pad to a matching mini backing plate.
2. Start with the Blue pad and a compound, then step down through Yellow or Red.
3. Finish with the Black pad and an anti-hologram or finishing polish.

Pro tip: use one pad per product to avoid cross-contaminating compounds and polishes.
