NAT Blue Velcro Polishing Pad 83×25mm – Compound and Polish

One pad from compound to polish. The blue pad is designed for use with first and second step polishing compounds. The foam structure holds the compound on the surface of the pad, which gives accurate breakdown of the abrasive particles and full use of the product. Application: polishing compounds from cutting to polishing type.

Built to last. The foam has optimally selected shapes, a homogeneous high-strength structure, a specially shaped surface and the proper hardness. Polyamide velour ensures a strong hook-and-loop connection, and the adhesive is individually matched to the bonded materials. The pad is resistant to temperature, aqueous environments and organic solvents, withstanding prolonged exposure to temperatures up to 110°C.

Compact size for spot repairs. The 83mm pad is ideal for spot repairs, bumpers and smaller panels. Use it with Mini Backing Plates.

How to Use

1. Attach the pad to a matching backing plate.
2. Apply a few small drops of compound or polish.
3. Polish with even pressure, working in small sections, then wipe off the residue.

Pro tip: use a separate pad for compound and for polish to avoid carrying coarse abrasive into the finishing step.
