First-class dry sanding film. KOVAX Max Film is a first-class dry sanding film used for the entire sanding process up to the base coat. Its durability and cutting power are remarkably improved compared with general paper products, so you get fewer disc changes per job and a lower cost per panel.

Built to last. A strong, flat film backing gives incomparable durability, while maximum cutting power still delivers a fine, uniform finish. A special anti-clogging treatment on the top layer keeps the abrasive working, and the grit number is printed on the grain side so you always know what you're using. Super Tack attachment holds the disc firmly on the backing pad.

How to Use

1. Attach the disc to your 150mm DA sander backing pad.
2. Start with the coarsest grit the job needs.
3. Sand dry, stepping up through the grits to remove each previous scratch.
4. Finish with Super Assilex before paint if needed.
