KOVAX Tolecut 8-Cut Sheets – Dry Paint Defect and Dust Nib Removal

• K-800 (yellow) – larger dust nibs and paint runs
• K-1200 (orange) – general defect removal in clear coat
• K-1500 (pink) – fine defect removal, pre-polish refinement

• K-3000 (black) – final micro-finishing of individual defects

How to Use

1. Attach a Tolecut piece to the Tolecard or Toleblock.
2. Sand the defect only, dry, with controlled pressure until it is level.
3. Refine with a finer Tolecut grit if needed.
4. Polish the area to restore gloss.

Pro tip: start with the finest grit that removes the defect – less sanding means less polishing.
