Bilt Hamber Touch-Less Snow Foam Pre-Wash 1L – Sugar-Based, Eco-Friendly

Sugar-based snow foam pre-wash. Touch-Less is Bilt Hamber's eco-friendly pressure-washer pre-clean snow foam, which can be applied by pump spray or trigger too. Applied at between 0.5% and 2% PIR, this biodegradable sugar-based product provides truly exceptional levels of cleaning of automotive paintwork.

Free and easy rinsing. Unlike other petrochemical-based cleaners, Touch-Less is free and easy rinsing, easing the effort of subsequent bucket washes and massively helping post-treatments bond too. It also contains corrosion inhibitors, and contains no phosphates, solvents, NTA or caustic soda.

How to Use

Touch-Less may be applied with trigger spray, pump spray, pressure washer or snow foam lance. The minimum recommended dilution rate is 0.5% PIR (Panel Impact Ratio), and up to 2% for very dirty vehicles. With a trigger or pump spray the dilution is easy to achieve. With pressure equipment, you first need to determine the amount of water being delivered to the equipment reservoir:

1. Measure your water. Fill the detergent bottle or reservoir (on machine or lance) to capacity with plain water and turn the detergent feed to full. Discharge the lance into a large bucket, watching the detergent bottle until it is empty, then stop.
2. Calculate the dose. Measure the total amount collected (by volume with a measuring jug, or by weight) and multiply it by 0.02 for a 2% dilution. This is the amount of Touch-Less to use.
3. Fill and shake. Add that amount to the pressure-washer reservoir, top up to full with cold water and shake for a few moments.
4. Apply and rinse. Apply Touch-Less to the entire vehicle or panel by panel. Allow to soak for 1–5 minutes, but never allow it to dry. Power-wash off.

Pro tip: it is not necessary to use all the diluted Touch-Less in one wash, as one litre of diluted product should last 4–5 washes. Apply to cool panels in shaded conditions, do not allow the product to dry in use, and keep the bottle neck and lid clean.
