KOVAX Assilex Soft Hand Pad M – Flexible Foam Pad for Curved Surfaces (Set of 4)

Soft pad for curves and details. The KOVAX Assilex Soft Hand Pad M is a flexible foam pad for hand sanding with KOVAX sheets in tight areas, complex curves and bodywork details. KOVAX recommends the soft pad for curved surfaces and for increased uniformity – its soft foam moulds to the surface being sanded, keeping consistent abrasive contact where rigid pads would skip or leave uneven results.

Medium size, four pads. The M size suits edges, bumpers, door handles and other detailed areas. Each pack contains four pads, so you always have a clean one ready.

Compatible sheets. Super Assilex Sheets (cut to pad size) and Tolecut Sheets 70×114mm.

Who uses them? Spray painters hand-sanding curved bumpers, mirrors and panel edges, detailers removing defects in areas a machine can't reach, and refinishers working around door handles, trim lines and mouldings.

How to Use

1. Attach your KOVAX sheet to the pad.
2. Sand with light pressure, letting the soft foam follow the shape of the panel.
3. Swap to a fresh pad as needed.

Pro tip: use the soft pad on curves and a firmer pad on flat areas for the most even result.
