Super Assilex KOVAX Sandpaper Sheets Double Action 170x130 MM

KOVAX Super Assilex Dry Sanding Sheets 170×130mm – K-600, K-800 and K-1200

The world's most advanced dry sanding system – in sheet form. The KOVAX Super Assilex 170×130mm sheet delivers the same technology as the disc range, sized for flat panel hand sanding. Its original backing and unique grain structure give extremely shallow, uniform scratches across all applications, from old paint to clear coat.

Up to 50% less sanding time. Double anti-clogging technology and ultra-flexible bonding reduce sanding time by up to 50%, with a consistent finish that polishes out cleanly. Use it with the KOVAX Dry Hand Pad or Foam Sanding Block, or cut to size for smaller areas.

Which grit?

• K-600 – flatting primer and removing coarser sanding marks
• K-800 – intermediate flatting, removing K-600 scratches
• K-1200 – fine flatting before top coat or polishing

Who uses Super Assilex sheets? Spray painters hand-flatting large panels between primer and top coat, refinishers who prefer sheets with a hand pad on flat surfaces, detailers preparing panels for correction by hand, and body shops wanting a faster, finer result than standard paper. For machine work, choose Super Assilex Discs.

How to Use

1. Attach the sheet to the KOVAX Dry Hand Pad or Foam Sanding Block.
2. Choose your grit for the stage of work, starting coarser and stepping up.
3. Sand dry with even strokes, keeping the pad flat on the panel.
4. Refine with Tolex and Super Buflex sheets before polishing.

Pro tip: don't skip grits – each step removes the previous scratch faster than jumping ahead.
