Tri-Pro KOVAX Sandpaper Discs Grits From 60 up To 600 NZ

KOVAX Tri-Pro Super Tack Discs 152mm – P60 to P600 All-Stage Dry Sanding

One disc range for every stage. KOVAX Tri-Pro is an excellent-cutting dry sanding paper used for the entire sanding process up to the base coat. Built on decades of Japanese sanding expertise, it is suitable for most sanding purposes – stripping, shaping and refining.

Aggressive cut, uniform finish. Tri-Pro gives a uniform finish from an aggressive approach, so you remove material fast without sacrificing the scratch pattern. An anti-clogging treatment on the top layer keeps the abrasive clear of sanding dust, and the Super Tack attachment stays locked to your backing pad.

Which grit?

• P60 – heavy stock removal
• P80 – body filler shaping
• P120 – primer sanding
• P180 – featheredging
• P240 – surface prep
• P320 – fine primer finish
• P400 – pre-paint prep
• P600 – final flatting

Who uses Tri-Pro? Panel beaters and spray painters needing a reliable all-stage abrasive, detailers removing heavy paint defects before polishing, marine and fibreglass workshops, and DIY restorers who want pro-grade results at a sensible price. For longer life, try Max Film.

How to Use

1. Attach the disc to your 150mm DA sander backing pad.
2. Start with the coarsest grit the job needs.
3. Sand dry, stepping up through the grits to remove each previous scratch.
4. Finish with P400–P600, or Super Assilex, before paint.

Pro tip: avoid skipping more than one grit step at a time for a faster overall job.
